How do I submit postings for my political campaign?
Reach voters beyond your home Forum with paid postings.
Posting to your home Forum using a Candidate profile is always free. If you are running in a district that covers additional Forum areas, you can pay to submit postings to those areas.
After selecting your Candidate profile, simply select the Forums you would like to submit your message to, and make your payment on the Compose page. Here’s how:
- In a web browser, log into your FPF account, visit the Compose page, and complete your message.
- Choose the Forums where you want your message to appear. As you select Forums outside of your home Forum, the total cost of your posting will appear on the page.
- Enter your "paid for by" disclaimer (e.g. Paid for by Jane Doe for Senate, 154 Maple St, Bristol, VT). This text will be added to the bottom of your posting.
- If you already saved a disclaimer to your profile, it will appear automatically.
- If you do not have one saved, a required box will appear for you to type it in.
- When you’re ready, click the “Continue to Payment” button.
- Enter your payment information.
- Agree to the payment terms by checking the box.
- Click “Submit.”
- A “success!” message will appear to confirm your payment was successful and your posting submitted to FPF for review.
Can I still submit campaign postings for free? Yes. You can submit postings to your home Forum at no cost. You will only be asked to pay if you select additional FPFs outside of your home Forum.
Can I pay for a campaign posting using the FPF mobile app? No. The ability to pay for posts is currently only available on the FPF website. If you are using the mobile app, you will only be able to select and submit postings to your home Forum. To pay for a wider reach, please log in to FPF using a web browser on your computer or phone.
