Is FPF private, or wide open?

FPF Neighborhood Forums are limited to folks who live in each area, plus public officials. Members can also choose to share their postings with neighbors in adjacent Forums.  In addition, certain postings (e.g., recommendations for local businesses or nonprofits) may be visible to all FPF members via FPF's Community Directory.
