How often can I post to FPF?

FPF members tend to dislike repetition, so we discourage people from posting the same item repeatedly. What works best is to post something once and then post a different, follow-up version a few weeks later. You are welcome to ask others to post on your behalf in their FPFs.

Business and Nonprofit profiles come with specific posting limits.
