# How do I log in to my FPF account?

Go to [FrontPorchForum.com](https://frontporchforum.com/) and click [**Log In**](https://frontporchforum.com/login). This will bring you to one of the following:

#### **Log in by password**

- Enter the email address and password associated with your FPF account.
- Make sure there are no extra spaces, and do not use auto-fill; Instead, delete the contents and carefully re-type.
- Click **Log In**.

#### **Log in by email**

- Enter the email address associated with your FPF account.
- Click **Send Login Link** and follow the prompts.
- A login link will be sent to your email address.
- Find and open the login link email. You may have to check your Spam Folder.
- Click the login link to log in, or copy and paste the code manually.

#### **Having trouble logging in?**

2. If you are using a smartphone or tablet, [try the FPF mobile app](https://help.frontporchforum.com/does-fpf-have-a-mobile-app-how-can-i-get-it?hsLang=en).
3. If you’re having other trouble, try the following: 
     - Use a different web browser.
     - Use a different device/computer.
     - Clear the cache of your web browser.
