How do I close an FPF profile?

You can close a profile you no longer need.

On the FPF website:  Log into your account. Then, click the triple bar symbol (☰) at the top right and select "My Account" to navigate to your Account page.

  • To close a Neighbor, Business, or Nonprofit profile, locate the profile, then click “Edit” next to “Profile Details.” Click “Remove this profile from your account,” and “OK” when prompted to confirm.
  • To close a Government profile, locate the profile, then click the red “Delete” button in the “Profile Details” section, and “OK” when prompted to confirm.

On the FPF mobile app:  Tap the triple bar symbol (☰) at the top right to go to the "Account & Help" screen.

  • To close a Neighbor, Business, or Nonprofit profile:  Under “My profile(s),” tap the profile you wish to close. Then, tap the blue “Profile type” link to open the profile in your mobile browser (log into your account again if prompted).  Scroll down and click “Remove this profile from your account,” then “OK” when prompted to confirm.
  • To close a Government profile:  Under “My profile(s),” tap the profile you wish to close. Then, tap the blue “Profile type” link to open visit your "My Account" page in your mobile browser (log into your account again if prompted).  Scroll down to your government profile and tap the red “Delete” button in the “Profile Details” section.  Click “OK” when prompted to confirm.
